Which are the mission specifications for the data acquisition for these products?

The different MAPEO products require different specifications for drone data acquisition, mainly with regards to the required spectral bands (RGB vs multi-spectral) and spatial resolution. Based on these specifications the drone pilot can select the proper drone/camera for the mission.
